As the President of the corporation, Mr. Wahl brings to the organization over 20 years of professional career experience in development, rehabilitation, marketing, opening, rent ups, turning around the distressed properties, directing daily management and maintenance operations for approximately 6,000 apartment units nationwide, and acquisition of new businesses. Mr. Wahl has an in-depth knowledge of HUD (Section Acts [236, 221 (d), 202], Management, Preservation Housing Titles II and VI), Housing Authority (Section 8 programs-project base-voucher-certificates), Tax Credits (Occupancy/Economic Criteria), Rent Control, and other Housing Programs along with professional expertise in operations of conventional and commercial properties.
Mr. Wahl’s experience also includes working with developers and non-profit organizations to create, draft, and develop specific management plans to provide property management operations that are responsive to the client’s daily and special needs.

The main office maintains an inventory of cost-effective specialty contractors and handy men that have the flexibility to go where they are needed. Emergency maintenance service is available around the clock and on weekend and holidays. For larger properties that have on-site maintenance personnel, the operation of the maintenance personnel, its productivity, maintenance schedule, and preventive maintenance functions are reviewed regularly by the main office for workmanship, costs, and preventive safety.
In addition, new and established vendors and suppliers are reviewed periodically for comparative costs, consistency of quality of services, and expected behavioral courtesy while on the job site. Optional and specialty services are also made available to satisfy its client’s regulatory agency requirements and commitments that are to be incorporated in establishing a suitable operational plan for the property.
